How to use Freez Screen Video Capture to record screen
activities and sound to AVI video file:
1) Launch Freez Screen Video Capture. Click "Options"
button to open settings dialog.
 2) Set
record region, video settings, audio settings, and
hotkeys on the options dialog.
 3) Start
Recording. 
4) Click the "Stop" button (or press the stop hotkey)
and select the output AVI file path. The AVI file will
be saved.
